The Bird
Surf’s up dude! Grab the board for this hoppy wave heading your way. Find me at the beach or anywhere there’s a salty breeze, as aerials are my thing. My webbed feet make it easy to hang ten as I ride the bombs with style.
The Beer
Like a tidal wave, our IPA arrives with a big hit of hops. Citra, nugget & cascade deliver delicious citrus & peach notes up front, before coming into balance with caramel flavours from malted barley & wheat. The ride finishes clean and dry, offering a moment to contemplate that next epic wave.
The Bird
I’m more than meets an Eagle’s eye. While known as a national emblem, I’m also a trendsetter. I sport the most colourful flo in the flock. Ladies say my feaux mohawk makes them wanna shake their tail feathers, with rock as my birdsong!
The Beer
For a beer to suit your style, Fohawk rises to the occasion. Crafted for session enjoyment, this well-hopped brew is a refreshing expression of the popular New England Session Ale, with sufficient sparkle to match Halifax on a sunny day.
The Bird
The pipes are calling! From Cape Breton’s cliffs, tall ships in Halifax harbour, to our sandy shores and kitchen cèilidhs. The East Coast is where I choose to nest. My bagpipe melody is my ode to Nova Scotia, which will always be home.
The Beer
A hearty brew built for piping with gusto! Our 7-grain brewed mash is set off with warrior and fuggles hops. Adding our organic FULL STEAM ® Coffee and dried licorice root, we craft a richly flavoured, chocolatey coffee stout that pours black as a starless night.
The Bird
Who said disco is dead when Party Dove joins your flock? Nothing ales this confident blonde. You can find her on the dance floor, boogie-ing to the flap of her own wings and living life in full flight!
The Beer
With perle & nugget hops, this gal has class. You won’t find her in a mash pit! This classic Blonde Ale’s mash is approachable, balanced & clean. Wildflower honey from our own apiary, along with home-grown lavender, make this brew a true Nova Scotian rare bird.
The Bird
I earned my name for the best grip in town. With my puffed red guns, I’ll wrestle any challenger who has eyes for your love bird. You can count on me as your wingman when we’re out, no doubt!
The Beer
Our Red Ale takes your taste buds on twists and turns, with 7 specialty grains. This rouge beauty opens with aromas of smoked toffee from deep-roasted malts before surprising you with a dash of spice from our Canadian rye. Now that’s a twist!
The Bird
Life is anything but dry, it’s a circus! So why not spread your wings and play in the sand? I’m no typical wader. I find delight from the height of my stilts, as I play to the crowds on Nova Scotia shores! Curtain up, let the show begin!
The Beer
This Pilsner is almost as hoppy as a Black-Necked Stilt! Light, well-balanced, and refreshing, this five-grain Pilsner is dry-hopped, with a combo of our home-grown nugget, cascade, and galena hops, making it a truly unique craft beer of rare character.
